This is a 20" wand handcrafted by us with wood offered by our own trees. Although we get quite a few branches brought down by lightning it is extremely rare to get a branch that carries the evidence of the lightning strike itself.

Even though this wand has been sanded down and varnished the blackness of the lightning strike is clearly visible and runs throughout the wood (click on picture to the right for an enlarged image). The wand has a natural quartz crystal tip which has been copper bound to the shaft. In addition a lightning symbol has been handburnt into the shaft.

This is only the second time in four years that we have had one of these and this is the first time that one has been offered for sale as we kept the first one for personal use.
