| We are based in the USA. When we ship an item internationally we are required to fill in a customs declaration form showing the value of the shipped goods. We will NOT mark this as a gift under any circumstances as we are not prepared to commit a double felony - mail fraud in the US and customs fraud in the destination country. |

| Online: All online payments are made through PayPal. You do not need to have (or open) a PayPal account to make a credit card payment. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and within the US you have an option to pay with an e-check. |

| Shipping - Anonymity: |
All shipments will show DPH Enterprises return address. There will be nothing marked on your package to indicate Wiccan World, or its contents*. Nobody will know what you have ordered or be aware of your beliefs.
*Overseas customers will have a customs declaration form on which we are legally bound to state the contents. However, wherever possible we will be circumspect. For instance the contents would be described as a "handcrafted broom" rather than a "witch's broom". |

| Shipping costs are automatically combined wherever possible by the shopping cart system. |

| Shipping - International: |
| We ship internationally through USPS. You will have the choice of airmail letter or airmail parcel post only. Shipping is calculated using live USPS rates. |

| Shipping - Items Marked USA Only: |
| Items that are marked USA only on the purchase page will not be shipped anywhere but the US. This is usually because the item is something like an athame which (although it is a ritual tool) is classified as a weapon and hence its importation is prohibited. Should a payment be received from overseas it will be refunded. |

| Shopping - Items With Options: |
| Occasionally you will see an item with options. You will have the opportunity to select a discounted price for an optional extra. |

| Shipping - USA: |
| Shipping is through the USPS and you will have the choice of 1st class, priority or parcel post. Shipping is calculated using live USPS rates. |

| Shopping - Cart: |
| When you make a purchase at Wiccan World the page will change to our shopping cart page. You may then checkout or click the link to return to the website and continue shopping. You can get back to the shopping cart page at any time from any product or service page by clicking the "View Cart/Checkout" button at the top of any page. |

| When checking out you have the option of making an online or offline payment. Online payments are through PayPal. If you select offline our mailing address will be provided. |

| State Tax: |
| State tax is payable on all purchases received from West Virginia residents. Although the shopping cart always shows tax it will not be applied at checkout unless you are from WV. |
